That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Store Policies



We accept payment via PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.  Please select your preference at checkout.



Processing time: 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days

We ship using USPS first class or priority mail with insurance and tracking.

Estimated shipping times:  

Continental USA: 5-7 business days 

International shipping: 10-15 business days

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.  Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, weather, and national events.


Customs and Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible, by law, for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.


Buyer Responsibility:

Please double check your address.  I will ship to the address listed on the order.  If you don’t receive your item, and it is marked as delivered by the tracking system, it will be your responsibility to reach out to the shipper.  If you require me to ship to a different address, please make sure I know this before processing your order.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied please contact me within 5 days of your having received the package. 

We will accept returns on items that are in brand new unused condition within 10 days of receipt.

You will be responsible for return shipping.  For your protection, I recommend that you choose a tracking included shipping method to ensure the safety of your shipment.  I am not responsible for lost packages.  Please use as much packing material as necessary to secure the item so it does not shift around in the package.

If you receive your item and find any damage that might have been caused in the shipment process, please notify us immediately. In an email message to us at,  you must include clear photos of the damage to the product and package. Please  provide the best contact information so we may reply. If we determine that the damage was caused by the shipping process, we will contact the shipping company for refund of shipping costs/insurance.
